At Idylwilde Farms we carry many meat choices including beef, poultry, pork, lamb and fish. Always fresh, sliced, wrapped, and prepared in our kitchen.

At Idylwilde Farms, we offer a complete delicatessen serving a full line of Boar’s Head meats and cheeses sliced to order. We also offer plenty of homemade dishes including breaded chicken cutlets, balsamic grilled chicken, breaded eggplant, and our own roast beef, roast pork, and store baked ham.
Beef
Sirloin strips, boneless rib-eye, shoulder tender (teres major), flank steak, filet mignon, New York sirloin steak, stew beef, stir fry strips, top round (londonbroil), ground beef.
Pork
Traditional and all natural Canadian pork tenderloin, center cut pork loin, and center cut boneless chops; All natural and traditional hot and sweet sausage, breakfast sausage, cheese and garlic sausages; Ground pork, bulk sausage meat, and baby back ribs (raw and fully cooked).
Other Meats
We also have lamb chops and lamb steaks, duck halves and duck breasts, and veal cutlets. We carry our own turkey burgers, hot dogs, and beef, pork, and veal mix for meatballs or meatloaf. We have Dom’s Sausage Co. brand steak tips and chicken tips also available in several flavors.
