We offer over 200 cheeses from all over the globe, each with its own character, family and flavor. Instead of the more mild flavors of mass-produced cheeses produced in large scale operations, we carry types that are aged and ripened to achieve certain aesthetics.

We offer a wide variety of numerous salamis, sopressata, pancetta, and capicolla (sweet and hot) all sliced to order. If you prefer slicing an appetizer for a party tray on your own, a wide variety of smaller cured meats awaits you.
